Russ Frazier
President
Russ joined Anawim Housing in 2010. Russ' prior professional experience includes co-founding a chain of retail-based medical clinics where he served as the Chief Officer of Operations & Business Development. He has served as the Director of Midwest Operations for The Health & Wellness Institute, a Rhode Island-based health management company. Russ also brings more than ten year's executive leadership experience within the non-profit industry. A Des Moines, Iowa native Russ attended Morningside College in Sioux City where he earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Business Administration.

Tim Davis, PMP
Director of Maintenance and Property Development
Tim joined Anawim Housing in 2010. Tim earned a BS in Construction Engineering and a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University. He has over 20 years of business and construction management experience.

Megan Milligan
Director of Fund Development
Megan joined Anawim Housing in 2008. She earned her B.A. in Film and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. She has been working for non profit organizations for more than 15 years.

Bill Swanson
Director of Property Management
Bill joined Anawim Housing in 2000. Bill earned his BA in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. Prior to joining Anawim Housing, he had a 22-year career with the State of Minnesota, working with a wide range of disability groups at the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center.

Heidi J. Watkins
Director of Accounting
Heidi joined Anawim Housing in 2004. Heidi earned a BS in Psychology and an MBA with an accounting emphasis from Iowa State University. She has also received her CPA designation and worked in the private sector as an accountant and finance analyst.
