Our Needs
Every gift to Anawim Housing helps support the hundreds families we serve through our residential units and the Shelter Plus Care program. The median income for a family of four living in Anawim Housing is approximately $17,000 a year.
In addition to financial gifts, Anawim Housing appreciates gifts of housewares and small appliances in good condition, including:
- Bedding: Blankets, Comforters, Sheets (all sizes), Pillows
- Cleaning/Repair: Snow Shovels, Brooms, Mops, Small Tool Kits and All-Purpose Cleaners.
- General Items: Bathroom Towels, Kitchen Towels, Wall Art, Waste Baskets, Rugs, Laundry Baskets
- Kitchenware: Silverware, Bakeware, Cooking Utensils, Pots and Pans
- Small Appliances: Vacuums, Toasters, Coffee Makers, Microwaves
