Brickstones at Riverbend
Construction continues at the Brickstones At Riverbend 30-unit senior housing complex!
On October 6th, Anawim Housing broke ground on our 30-unit senior housing development: Brickstones At Riverbend, located at 513 Forest Avenue in Des Moines. Earlier this year, the Iowa Finance Authority awarded Anawim Housing $456,296 in tax credits for this project. The site was once an empty lot that is now transformed into a 30-unit multifamily development featuring two-bedroom apartments with community room space.
